Roasting

As a light roast, Lazy Sunday is a light roast that is easy on the palate and softens into a warm embrace for your senses. The cocoa from Latin America is used to smooth out the brew, while Africa includes citrus notes for balance. The result is a coffee which can be enjoyed on its own or paired with cakes, milk chocolate or other sweets. It would complement vanilla cakes with lemon drizzle and lemon sponges.

We recommend the French Press method to brew this coffee. Preheating your vessel by adding water that is just boiling will keep it warm. After brewing, let it sit for 4 minutes, this ensures that the grounds are saturated and not over extracted. The water should be pushed through by the plunger. Don't stir or agitate your coffee as this can cause unpleasant ingredients to appear in the cup.

Strength - 3, easy and easy to go, great for weekend relaxing.
